Returns and Exchanges

The buyer must contact Kekic Glass no later than 7 Days from package arrival with questions concerning breakage, defects or exchanges.

In case of damage, please keep all packing materials for inspection by the carrier.  There will be no returns, exchanges or refunds without approval from our studio.
